Call the post office to arrange a pick up or drop off via tracked delivery at your most convenient post office. 4. Send us a proof of postage (receipt + tracking number). 5. Upon receiving your return, immediate refund/exchange will be processed.

Return or exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer; delivery charges are also nonrefundable.
Returns and exchanges must be posted within 30 days upon receiving your order. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.
All returns must be received in their original condition(unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged) with tags attached.

Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns or exchange on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements before ordering.

Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
Cancel order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 30% refund + shipping fee.
Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.If you would like to cancel your order, please login to My Orders, select the order you need help with, and request cancellation.

What is Lorem Ipsum?
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
Why do we use it?
It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
